As if this weren't already apparent...

Knitting Adventurer
You appear to be a Knitting Adventurer.
You are through those knitting growing pains and
feeling more adventurous. You can follow a
standard pattern if it's not too complicated
and know where to go to get help. Maybe you've
started to experiment with different fibers and
you might be eyeing a book with a cool
technique you've never tried. Perhaps you
prefer to stick to other people's patterns but
you are trying to challenge yourself more.
Regardless of your preference, you are
continually trying to grow as a knitter, and as
well you should since your non-knitting friends
are probably dropping some serious hints, these
days.

What Kind of Knitter Are You?

Somehow the "adventurer" thing sounds so much more interesting than "guru". Maybe because when I hear guru I always have mass suicide or bombing of subways in the back of my head.

I bought needles, yarn and a knitting book and magazines today. That was kind of adventurous, too.

Two more weeks to go, talk to you later,
Mona

Mona, please. We all could have told you beforehand that you're a Knitting Guru (in only the best way possible!) Implied in the classification I believe, is being adventurous. And returning back with scads of contraband yarn purchased in Germany is highly adventurous!

Have fun on all your adventures...but not too much fun!
